The Opportunity

The Administration Coordinator is a critical role within the Business Advisory Services team and is responsible to deliver efficient and accurate customer service whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism.

The successful applicant will work closely with the Partner and Business Advisory Services team. Our ideal candidate will have experience within an Accounting firm including:

  • General PA work including scheduling meetings and travel arrangements
  • Experience with ASIC lodgments and downloads
  • Collated income tax and financial statements for individuals, companies, trusts and Superannuation funds
  • Prepared letters of Statement of Advice and Notice of Assessments
  • Utilised APS document control
